Supported Independent Living (SIL) has 2 supervisors and multiple staff members who work together to empower the people we support to live independently and embrace possibilities. SIL is designed for individuals who already live or want to live in their own homes and who need targeted support to assist them in managing independently. SIL helps achieve this by providing personalized, one-to-one support that focuses on daily living skills, goal setting, community involvement, and navigating services and systems. Our staff meet individuals where they’re at, offering guidance without control, and offering support to make informed choices, even when there’s risk involved, because living independently means having the freedom to choose.
