Let's get healthy FSJ! Create some positive healthy habits in 2019 - Start with the Whole Life Challenge to work on 7 lifestyle habits

NewYears AdUnit 1

The FSJ Association for Community Living staff want to get healthy and invite others to join us. If you want to create some positive healthy habits in 2019? Consider joining us in  the Whole Life Challenge and make a commitment to replace a few bad habits with good ones. You can learn more about it here.

Once you've checked it out, you can join our team here: http://www.whole.lc/wlc1901/pt/fsjacl For six weeks, starting on January 19, 2019 and ending on March 1, 2019, we'll work on all the areas of our well-being - like nutrition, mobility, and exercise, for starters.

The Whole Life Challenge is basically a game that challenges us to "try on" a whole life of health and fitness for six weeks. As a team, we can win points and lose points (hopefully we'll win more than we lose). And the prize is....well, its how you feel on March 1, 2019. Encourage your co-workers, friends and family to join you on this journey.

By enrolling via the link I have included above, a portion of your registration fee will help support health and wellness activities at the FSJ Association for Community Living a local non-profit society.
