Meet Jenaya

Jenaya battled a mix of compounding diagnoses: autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, and the suicidal thoughts that came with them. With the support of counsellors and a life skill support worker she learned her disability doesn’t define her.

Meet Jacia

Jacia struggled with social anxiety and lack of self confidence. With the help of a job coach she found work that brought her joy and connection. She also received support to get a gym membership which boosted her view of herself.
